Valerie Hirschhauser and Elise Vroonland came together with a shared vision: to redefine leadership by blending the masculine and feminine in business.

Valerie Hirschauser is a seasoned social entrepreneur and startup founder. After years of launching impact projects across Africa, she co-founded and eventually sold Frank about tea. But beyond the spreadsheets and the rollercoaster of entrepreneurship, she felt something was missing - the traditional hustle-driven approach no longer served her highest self. She questioned how to stay true to herself and still be wildly ambitious. This vision led to the creation of OneMillionWomen, a platform for female founders to step into a new way of leadership, where ambition and being your unapologetic self go hand in hand.  

Elise Vroonland is a highly experienced leadership facilitator and embodiment coach, with 15+ years in corporate for clients like Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, and Philips. After leading high-stakes marketing teams and global projects, she made a radical shift - choosing to leave the restrictive corporate world to focus on supporting female leaders reconnect with their intuition, bodies, and true essence. Elise is an expert in somatic work, transformational leadership, and breaking outdated patterns, guiding founders to lead not just with their minds, but with clarity, presence, and deep alignment within their body.

Together, Valerie brings the business strategy and founder principles, while Elise leads the inner transformation and embodied leadership journey. Their partnership proves that you don’t have to choose between success and authenticity - you can lead with both.
